CII-Institute of Quality provides counseling services to conduct self-assessments by the organisations, to understand the current status of its practices and achievements against the Excellence criteria, through a team of Business Excellence Cousellors / Professionals.

The assessment process would enable organisations to identify the Strengths and Opportunities for Improvements, for developing the roadmap to pursue the journey for Excellence and achieve sustainable competitiveness.
