CII–IQ Bangalore offers Counseling / handholding services in many of the areas where Training is Provided.

Counseling support could be of a short-term duration for specific Project topics as well as a TQM journey moving towards excellence in a phased manner.

Method:

CII Counselor will draw up a road map for implementation of the Initiative along with the resource person of the organization. Class- room learning/ concepts will be translated into action in the shop. During each visit, a new concept will be taught along with the review of the last visit’s action points and course correction if needed. Also the actionable points for the next visit will be charted down.

Top Management will be briefed about the progress and review reports sent on the progress of the initiative.
